At Figmentor, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident using our tools. We offer transparent and fair refund terms to ensure clarity and trust for all users.

1. General Refund Conditions

Refunds are offered based on your subscription type (monthly or yearly) and actual product usage. This policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our team.

2. Monthly Subscriptions
  • If you've used less than 10% of your plan's export limit (e.g., 2 out of 20 exports) and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you've used 10% or more of your included plan features, no refund will be issued. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for monthly plans once significant usage has occurred.
3. Yearly Subscriptions
  • If you request a refund within 2 months of purchase:
    • If less than 25% of the features have been used, we will refund the unused months in full.
    • If more than 25% of the plan has been used, a prorated refund will be issued based on remaining access.
  • Refund requests after 2 months may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 40%, depending on usage.
  • No refunds are issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
4. Promotions & Discounted Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions purchased through promotions, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for refunds.
  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • If you subscribed to a yearly discounted plan and request a refund within the first 2 months, you may still be eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
5. Refund Process Timing
  • Refunds are processed at the end of each month, aligned with our internal finance reporting cycle.
  • We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 5–7 business days.
6. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email
  • Purchase details
  • A brief reason for your refund request

Our support team will review your request and get back to you promptly.

7. Automatic Cancellations

Refunds do not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription from your dashboard or contact support before your renewal date.

8. Abuse & Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect misuse, abuse, or any activity that violates our Terms of Service.
