Welcome to Figmentor — a product owned and operated by Othmane Nejdi, a Moroccan-based independent software creator. Figmentor provides digital tools and services, including a Figma plugin, WordPress integration, and a SaaS dashboard for converting design assets into usable web components.

By accessing or using any part of Figmentor (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Figmentor includes:

• A Figma plugin for exporting designs.
• A WordPress plugin for importing templates.
• A web-based platform to manage subscriptions, exports, and integrations.

The service is provided on a subscription basis, with plan features and limits as described on the website.

To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

• Figmentor subscriptions are managed and processed securely via Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
• You will be charged automatically based on the plan you select (monthly or yearly).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion in case of service errors or system-wide issues.

Invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle in accordance with your billing information.

You agree to use Figmentor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the platform.
• Circumvent export limits or abuse plan features.
• Share your account or tokens.
• Use Figmentor to host or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

Each plan comes with defined limits (e.g. exports/month, template usage). Abuse of these limits or attempts to exploit the system may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All content, code, and features of Figmentor are owned by Othmane Nejdi. You may not reuse or redistribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

You retain full rights to your own design files and content.

We collect minimal personal data (name, email, usage statistics) solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of service providers (e.g. Paddle, analytics).

Figmentor is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to maintain high uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for:

• Business losses due to downtime
• Compatibility issues with third-party plugins
• Data loss or export errors

You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the system, or harm the integrity of the platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.
